We had a room at a nearby motel. I asked for suggestions for places we could go for dinner. We got two. One was very busy the parking lot was full. The other was a biker bar. We ended up eating at the Arby's connected to Love's. The service was very good and the food was hot and fresh.
Fuel Island cluster easy 35 to an hour you can lose their no paper to clean your windows with parked and went inside and talk to staff and it was no big deal that it was no paper no paper in the sink when you wash your cups plenty of paper in the washroom skip this place if you can
The parking lot in fuel island is a cluster the water do your windows is never clean the bathroom is always fairly decent and the food you got from Arby's is generally pretty good
Good place for fuel - I would go about 25 miles down or stop at the TA before heading here; if your looking for a nice place to park for a 8 to 10 hour rest; few driver amenities; should expand the store size and add some laundry facilities other than that it's as one would expect for a loves stop - simple in and out place..
Not being a trucker I can understand how Love's can be a place to refuel but also a home away from home.
Store was clean. Staff was pleasant (for first time), Its a decent place to stop for few minutes, don't want to spend all day.
